Yamakyu blends the highest grade Hokkaido kelp with savory shiitake for a rich treat. You also should try the minced bonito (made with a sesame seed base with pine nuts and mushrooms), sweet ayu river fish (kanroni), matsutake konbu (matsutake mushrooms and kelp), and the fukiawase (a vegetable you've probably never tried!).
